When will the conference take place?
The conference will take place online over two days— Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
How much will it cost to register?
Early bird pricing:

Regular pricing:
- Day 1 Ticket – $129

Will the conference be recorded?
Yes! Both conference days will be recorded, and you will have a login to watch the recordings.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
Ticket holders have until access until May 30, 2026. You must download and/or print contact hour certificates prior to the expiration date. There will be no extensions given. It is your responsibility to save your own contact hour certificates.
Can I earn contact hours?
Yes, you will be able to complete steps to obtain a set number of hours worth of contact hour certificates. Attendees must attend live or watch recordings of conference presentations to be eligible to obtain contact hours.
Evidence Based Birth® is an approved continuing education provider for the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Nursing contact hour certificates will be given once an evaluation survey has been completed and the quiz has been completed with a passing score. Most doula and childbirth educator organizations accept nursing contact hours.

What is the refund/transfer policy?
There will be no refunds and ticket transfers are not permitted.
Will you offer equity pricing?
A limited number of tickets will be available at a reduced rate. Customers who are interested will need to complete a form to be considered for equity pricing. Look for more details to be announced in January 21, 2026.
