Finding the right information for your unique birth story is essential. I spent months researching during my pregnancy and found so many conflicting websites. I think I was more confused! I was luckily able to find a childbirth educator who taught a popular method that worked for me. I was so pleased with the results I started teaching it myself. 14 years later I realize birth expectations are still puzzling and my usual tactic of instruction just didn’t speak to today’s parents. Something had to change! I’m thrilled to offer childbirth classes with a format for multi tasking new parents with very little time to attend in-person lectures.
