Finding the right information for your unique birth story is essential. I spent months researching during my pregnancy and found so many conflicting websites. I think I was more confused! I was luckily able to find a childbirth educator who taught a popular method that worked for me. I was so pleased with the results I started teaching it myself. 16 years later I realize birth expectations are still puzzling and my usual tactic of instruction doesn’t always speak to some parents. Something had to change! I’m thrilled to offer childbirth classes with a format for multi tasking new parents with very little time to attend in-person lectures. This promises to be an engaging experience while providing all the guidance you need to have an empowering birth.

Basic package: Includes 3-months access to the online portion of the class, and four video-chats with your class. Priced at $325.
Standard Package: Includes 3-months access to the online portion of the class, and four video-chats with your class AND an additional private Zoom session with Michelle to discuss prenatal exercises, nutrition and birth plans. Priced at $375
Deluxe package: Includes 6-months access to the online portion of the class, four video-chats with your class, and an additional private Zoom session with Michelle to discuss your prenatal exercise, nutrition and birth plan. Priced at $425
