These evidence based practice bulletins are revised versions of posts from my blog. They are written in the language of healthcare providers. My hope is that you can use these to stimulate discussion with your healthcare providers. You have my permission to print this content for use with your care provider. Or, if you are a care provider (such as a doula), you have my permission to print this content for use as handouts for your clients. You have my permission to share this content online (un-altered, in PDF format) or links to this content from other websites. I only require that with any use, you reference my name and website as listed on the file (these practice bulletins are copyrighted), and do not alter the contents of the file at all.
